Madronita is a three bedroom house with spectacular views. The master bedroom (king size bed) on the second floor has its own balcony with the same spectacular views as the other properties. Additionally, a master bathroom has just been added. A second bedroom across the hall has a bay window, two single beds with access to masterbath, while the third single bedroom downstairs has its own private deck. There is a second bathroom downstairs and a recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen and dining area that opens directly onto the waterfront decking. The living room is large and comfortable with a wood stove. There is electric heating in all rooms and a basement utility room with a washer and dryer.

The property is fully furnished. Comforters, blankets, bed linens and towels are all provided. The rental fee also includes wood for the stove and the use of bicycles and kayak/canoe.

Madronita makes an ideal holiday rental for a family - it is comfortable for 2 to 5 people.
