The Madrone Properties

The Madrone Properties consist of two picturesque, waterside accommodations. Madronita is the larger house, sleeping up to five people. Beachwood is a traditional, Pacific Northwest cabin and sleeps four. The beauty of these properties lies in the versatility they give your vacation,  the two spaces can be rented separately, or together if you want to bring a larger party.  We will give personal attention to customizing your vacation so it fits your needs and wants.

These properties provide spectacular views of Mount Rainier and the Filucy Bay area. There are plenty of sites to be seen within easy driving distance of the properties.  A short trip will take you to Penrose Point and Joemma Beach State Parks, with historic Gig Harbor and the Port of Bremerton equally accessible.  A little farther afield lies Seattle, this scenic city is only a two hour drive away but can also be reached by the famous Washington State Ferries. Additionally, Portland is only a two hour drive south from the properties. Or, if the great outdoors is more to your liking, why not consider a trip to the many famous parks near by such as Olympic National Park, Mount Rainier National Park, Hood Canal or Mount St. Helens?

There is so much to do, but leave time to relax. You can take your pick from Madronita's two, water-view decks; the first floor deck runs the length of the house, and there is also a private balcony that ajoins the master bedroom upstairs. Beachwood also has a beautiful, full length deck that has inspired many an artist and author. Looking at the view you will soon see why.
