Two properties are being renovated to a high standard. Madronita (seen in photos) has had a master bathroom added, and is now available for vacation rental. Beachwood Cottage will be available in Spring 2009.

Take a look at these pictures! These properties were deliberately placed so as to have spectacular views of Mount Rainier and the Filucy Bay Area. They are very close to Penrose Point and Joemma Beach State Parks, easy trips to historic Gig Harbor and the Port of Bremerton, day trips to Olympic National Park and Mount Rainier National Park, Hood Canal, Mount St. Helens and Seattle is two hours drive north with Portland two hours south or use the famous Washington State Ferries. So much more to do but leave time to relax on the Madronita deck, running the waterfront length of the house and also on the very private balcony coming off the master bedroom upstairs. Beachwood has been home to artists and authors and sitting on its deck you will soon realise why.
